PR is a business tool usually associated with large organisations, and most ‘how-to’ guides on PR tend to reflect that. But if you are a start-up or ambitious small business, can you use PR, and if so, how?

19th November at Women’s Alternative Network by Louise Third, Director of Integra Communications.  Louise, co-author of  e-book ‘PR on a Beermat’ will share how the smallest firms can devise, use and benefit from PR strategies, from getting media coverage to sponsorship. “All you have to do is become a natural news-maker, befriend the press, find the most appropriate proverbial rooftop – and shout! You should also have fun, and make a profit along the way,” says Louise.

Ann Martin will continue the presentation by discussing what sets you apart as as leader, ambassador, promoter of your organization?  How do you stand out? How much presence do you have?  What about the way you mingle in a crowd, network a group, step out of your car, walk into a room?  Do you have gravitas?  Do people remember you? What is the magic that you project and make people feel they know you and want to tell others about you?
